1) US Model 1832 Foot Artillery Sword by Ames. 19" wasp-waisted spear point blade, 25.25" overall with cast brass hilt and guard. Obverse ricasso marked with an {EAGLE}/N.P. AMES/SPRINGFIELD and reverse ricasso marked U.S./1844. No scabbard present.
2) US Model 1840 NCO Sword by Ames. 32" single edged spear point blade, 39" overall with cast brass hilt and guard. Marked US/RC on the obverse ricasso and N.P. AMES/CABOTVILLE/1847 on the obverse. Includes a rough but correct pattern brass mounted leather scabbard.
3) Ames Model 1840 Musicians Sword by Ames. 28" single edged spear point blade, 34.5" overall with cast brass hilt and guard. Obverse ricasso marked US/CSL, reverse ricasso with Ames scroll mark. Includes a correct pattern brass mounted leather scabbard that is about .5" short for this blade, possibly due to shrinkage.
